Starting today, Monday, February 3, 2020, one of two north bound lanes on Manhattan Blvd. by Brothers Food Mart and the empty lot (3441 Manhattan Blvd.) in Harvey will be worked on.

Lane Closure Bainbridge Street
Starting on Monday, January 27, 2020, the left northbound lane of Bainbridge Street between Canal #14 and Veterans Boulevard in Metairie will close at 9:00 a.m.

JEFFERSON, LA – There will be no garbage collection for all residents of unincorporated Jefferson Parish and the town of Jean Lafitte on Martin Luther King Day, January 20, 2020; however, curbside recycling will take place as normally scheduled.

Starting on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, the two northbound lanes of David Drive in Metairie will close between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.
HOLIDAY LIGHT RECYCLING PROGRAM TO BEGIN IN JEFFERSON PARISH
Jefferson, LA – The Jefferson Parish Department of Environmental Affairs, a Keep America/Keep Louisiana Beautiful Affiliate, in partnership with Waste Connections, Inc., will begin recycling holiday light strands at two Jefferson Parish trash/recycling drop sites beginning, Monday, January 13th, 2020. This recycling program will be accessible throughout the year.
