The Jefferson Parish Department of Floodplain Management and Hazard Mitigation will host a Hazard Mitigation Contractor Information Session on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 from 2-3 p.m. in Room 405 of the Joseph S. Yenni Building (1221 Elmwood Park Blvd., Jefferson, LA 70123).
Aerial spraying, in response to mosquito activity, is scheduled to take place on the East and West Banks of Jefferson Parish on the evening of Tuesday, October 25, 2022, over parts of Metairie, Kenner, Jefferson, River Ridge, Harahan, Crown Point, Lafitte, Barataria, Westwego, Bridge City, Gretna, Harvey and Terrytown, weather conditions permitting.
