About Us

The Jefferson Parish Department of Community Development (JPDCD) is seeking qualified contractors to provide major system replacement or repairs to commercial buildings for façade improvement and single-family homes financed through the parish’s respective Rehabilitation Programs.

Individual contracts generally range between $15,000 and $60,000 depending on the program and repairs involved, which may include Roof, Electric, Heating, Plumbing, Lead Paint Remediation, and Façade Improvements. Individual contracts will be offered for bid throughout the year to those contractors who have been placed on the JPDCD Contractor Registration List.

Minority, Women - Owned and Section 3 contractors are encouraged to apply.
