JEFFERSON PARISH ISSUES GUIDANCE FOR THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS
JEFFERSON, LA – Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng signed an emergency proclamation effective on Wednesday, July 1, requiring patrons to wear masks or face coverings (which includes cloth masks, scarves, bandanas, other cloth/fabric and face shields) while indoors and in any common area in all commercial buildings, public buildings and places of worship located in Jefferson Parish.

JEFFERSON, LA — In conjunction with the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, the Jefferson Parish Water Department is lifting the Boil Water Advisory for the affected area in Grand Isle from Boudreaux Lane to Lem Lane.

JEFFERSON, LA – Starting Monday, June 29, 2020 at 7:00 a.m., there will be a complete closure of Codifer Blvd. at Bonnabel Blvd. in Metairie.
TRAFFIC SIGNAL DEACTIVATION: CLEARVIEW PKWY & VETERANS BLVD
JEFFERSON, LA – On Sunday, June 28, 2020 at 6:00 a.m., the traffic signal at the intersection of Clearview Pkwy. and Veterans Blvd will be off for 15 – 20 minutes. Motorists should treat the intersection as a 4 way stop.

JEFFERSON, LA – Starting on Monday, June 29, 2020, at 7:00 a.m., the westbound right lane of 1700 Lapalco Blvd. in Harvey will be closed.
