Staff reports for the Council will be available beginning about a week after the PAB makes a recommendation on the case until the Parish Council makes the decision on the case. Staff reports for cases that have been decided by the Council must be requested through the Public Records Request process.

Occasionally, Planning staff will revise a report before the Council makes the decision on the request. After the revised staff report has been submitted to the Council, it will be added to the table with the date of revision noted. The original staff report and any prior revisions will remain available.
