TERRYTOWN FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL TAKES PLACE ON
SATURDAY, MARCH 5 AT TERRYTOWN PLAYGROUND

JEFFERSON, LA - The Terrytown Food Truck Festival will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 4 – 10 p.m. at the Terrytown Playground, located at 641 Heritage Ave. Terrytown, LA 70056. All are invited to this free fest to enjoy live music, as well as food and drinks from more than a dozen local food trucks.

“We have a great weekend ahead of us on this Saturday celebrating the Terrytown Food Truck Festival,” said Jefferson Parish Councilman At-Large Ricky Templet. “Come on out to enjoy some good wholesome and safe family-fun. The proceeds of the Terrytown Food Truck Festival will go to support local athletes at the gym here in Terrytown to help pay for pads, supplies, footballs - it all goes right back to the kids where it should go.”

The headliner of this year’s fest is Grammy Award Nominee Taylor Dayne, who has achieved six U.S. top-10 singles. Dayne will take the stage from 8:30 – 10 p.m. Prior to her performance, there will be a live performance from Chicken on the Bone from 4 – 6 p.m. and The Great Gatsbys from 6 – 8:30 p.m.

Participating food trucks include Horus Eat Dat, Fat Boy Pizza, Copeland’s Mobile Kitchen, Diva Dog, Taqueria LA 12, Kona Ice, La Concinita, Mo Fries, PJs Coffee, Neauxla Rolla and Kenny’s Cajun Creole, among others.
