ROAD CLOSURE EXTENDED COUSINS BOULEVARD

JEFFERSON, LA – The road closure of Cousins Blvd. has been extended starting on Monday, June 22, 2020. All lanes of westbound Cousins Blvd. approaching northbound Barataria will be closed. Motorists will detour to Paxton St., turn left on Lapalco Blvd., then left on Barataria.

The closure is necessary for drain line and roadway repair at an estimated cost of $200,000. Work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, July 3, 2020, at 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.
