PONTIFF PLAYGROUND ANNOUNCES CLOSURES
Walking Track Closed to Pedestrians on Oct. 19 & Oct. 20
JEFFERSON, LA – The Pontiff Playground entrance will have intermittent delays through Monday, October 19, 2020 and the Pontiff Playground walking track will be closed to pedestrians on Monday, October 19, 2020 and Tuesday, October 20, 2020 to complete repairs and asphalt installation on sections of the walking track.
The Jefferson Parish Parks and Recreation Department (JPRD) asks that all individuals wishing to walk/run at Pontiff Playground use the cinder track. All work is scheduled to be complete on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, pending any weather delays.
