MOBILE COVID-19 TEST SITES IN JEFFERSON PARISH CANCELLED
ON MONDAY, AUGUST 24 AND TUESDAY, AUGUST 25 DUE TO WEATHER

JEFFERSON, LA – Last week, Jefferson Parish, in partnership with Ochsner Health, announced additional COVID-19 testing to take place during the week of August 24, 2020. Previously announced COVID-19 mobile test sites for Monday, August 24 and Tuesday, August 25 have been cancelled due to weather.

As of now, testing this week will be available at the times listed below. Testing schedules are subject to change again due to weather:

Thursday, August 27: Terrytown Golden Age Center*
604 Heritage Ave., Gretna, LA 70056
9 - 9:45 a.m. (ages 65+)
10 a.m. – 1 p.m. (ages 2+)

*These testing sites will remain open until all 150 test kits per day have been utilized.
