JPRD SOCCER ALL STARS TO COMPETE AT THE
LOUISIANA STATE OPEN CUP SOCCER TOURNAMENT

JEFFERSON, LA – For the first time in parish history, the Jefferson Parish Parks and Recreation Department (JPRD) will be sending two teams to compete for the Louisiana State Open Cup Soccer Championship on April 24-25, 2021 in Baton Rouge, LA. JPRD will be sending both the 11 & 12 year old All Star teams for boys and girls to compete in the tournament.

“Both teams have been working hard for the last month in preparation for this opportunity,” said Mario Bazile, Director of JPRD. “We are confident that these kids will exemplify the utmost character, sportsmanship and competitive spirit expected of our JPRD athletes.”

The Louisiana State Open Cup Soccer Championship will take place at the Burbank Soccer Complex at 12400 Burbank Dr., Baton Rouge, LA. 70810. For a schedule of events please click the links below:
