JEFFERSON PARISH TO CONDUCT AERIAL SPRAYING
FOR MOSQUITOES ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2020

JEFFERSON, LA – Low-level aerial spraying in response to nuisance mosquito activity is scheduled to take place on the east and west banks of Jefferson Parish on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The areas being covered include Kenner, Waggaman, Avondale, Westwego, Bridge City, Lafitte/Barataria and Crown Point.

If weather conditions force the cancellation of the scheduled flights, aerial spraying will take place on the first subsequent evening on which weather conditions permit.
