JEFFERSON PARISH PARTNERS WITH OCHSNER HEALTH TO PROVIDE MOBILE COVID-19 TESTING AT HISPANIC APOSTOLATE ON THURS. MAY 28 – FRI. MAY 29
JEFFERSON, LA – Jefferson Parish, in partnership with Ochsner Health, will conduct COVID-19 mobile testing on Thursday, May 28, 2020 – Friday, May 29, 2020 from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Hispanic Apostolate, 2505 Maine Ave. Metairie, LA 70003. Walk-up testing is open to Louisiana residents, age two and older, who wish to know their COVID-19 status. Members of the community who wish to be tested should bring an ID and insurance card, if applicable. There are no out-of-pocket costs for those seeking a test and no one will be turned away based on their insurance status.

Testing is available between 2 p.m. – 7 p.m., or until all test kits have been utilized.

I also want to recognize our Jefferson Parish Emergency Management Department, our Jefferson Parish General Services Department, our Jefferson Parish Parks & Recreation Department, JPSO and the Kenner Police Department for their hard work setting up this community testing site."
