JEFFERSON PARISH LIFTS BOIL WATER ADVISORY FOR
JEAN LAFITTE BLVD. SOUTH OF TREASURE ST.

JEFFERSON, LA – In conjunction with the Louisiana Department of Health, the Jefferson Parish Water Department is lifting the Boil Water Advisory, today, October, 24, 2021, for Jean Lafitte Blvd. South of Treasure St. based on the analysis of the bacteriological samples collected within the distribution system on October 23, 2021.

Customers in the affected area may now use the water without boiling or disinfecting. No more precautionary actions are necessary.
