JEFFERSON PARISH EAST BANK RESIDENTS ASKED TO CONSERVE WATER

JEFFERSON, LA – Due to a break in a water main outside the East Bank Water Treatment Plant, located on Jefferson Highway, residents on the East Bank of Jefferson Parish are asked to conserve water. Jefferson Parish is NOT under a boil water advisory at this time.

Crews are working diligently to make necessary repairs. Please limit non-essential activities like washing dishes and doing laundry.

Eastbound Jefferson Highway will be shut down in the vicinity of Arnoult Road and Shrewsbury Road. Please use alternate routes.
