JEFFERSON PARISH CLOSED FRIDAY, APR. 15, 2022
IN OBSERVANCE OF GOOD FRIDAY HOLIDAY

JEFFERSON, LA – All Jefferson Parish offices, including all Jefferson Parish libraries and JPAWS, will be closed on Friday, Apr. 15, 2022. Programming at JPRD parks and playgrounds (not including Lafreniere Park or Parc des Familles) will also be suspended on Friday in observance of the Good Friday holiday and will resume operations on Saturday, Apr. 16, 2022.

Jefferson Parish Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule on Friday, Apr. 15 – CLICK HERE to see maps and schedules to check service by route.

Garbage collection and curbside recycling will take place as scheduled. For additional information regarding collection, please contact the Department of Environmental Affairs at 504-736-4612.

In addition, COVID-19 testing at the Alario Center will be closed on Friday, Apr. 15 and will resume operations on Monday, Apr. 18.
