JEFFERSON PARISH, LOUISIANA

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DRIVE THROUGH SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION AND HOT MEALS AT LAFRENIERE PARK ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2021

JEFFERSON, LA – Second Harvest Food Bank, along with District 4 Councilman Dominick Impastato, will be distributing supplies at Lafreniere Park on Friday, September 10, 2021, starting at 8:00 a.m. Residents are asked to enter and exit from the gates at the W. Napoleon Ave. entrance.

The supplies expected are:

  • Water
  • Diapers
  • Baby formula
  • Shelf stable meals and nonperishable food
  • Possible disaster boxes (contents TBD)

In addition, in partnership with Deep South Blenders and Courson Nickel, LLC, there will be a hot meals distribution starting at 3:00 p.m. Residents are asked to enter and exit the gates at the W. Napoleon Ave. entrance for both distributions.
