Adjudicated Property Auction to be Held Online on Sat. March 14th

In-Person Auction Canceled due to COVID-19 Concerns

JEFFERSON, LA – The Jefferson Parish Adjudicated real estate auction, scheduled for this Saturday, March 14, 2020, has been moved online to www.JeffersonParishAuction.com. Jefferson Parish officials and SVN Gilmore Auction & Realty decided to cancel the live auction due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak and in the interest of public safety.

Prospective bidders should visit www.JeffersonParishAuction.com for online registration, bidding instructions and property information. The $1,500 Certified Funds bidding deposit has been waived until the online bidding is concluded and a Purchase Agreement signed. Bidders may download the SVN Auctions Bidding App from the App Store or Google Play. Prospective bidders that do not have internet access should contact SVN Gilmore Auction at 504-468-6800 for bidding assistance.
