Adjudicated Property Auction to be Held Online on August 15 – August 19, 2020
JEFFERSON, LA – The Jefferson Parish Adjudicated real estate auction, scheduled for August 15 – August 19, will take place online at www.JeffersonParishAuction.com.
This auction includes 57 properties located throughout Jefferson Parish, including properties in Metairie, Jefferson, River Ridge, Kenner, Marrero, Harvey, Avondale, Bridge City and Westwego. There are no closing costs and starting bid includes all costs and title insurance.
Prospective bidders should visit www.JeffersonParishAuction.com for online registration, bidding instructions and property information. The $1,500 Certified Funds bidding deposit has been waived until the online bidding is concluded and a Purchase Agreement signed. Bidders may download the SVN Auctions Bidding App from the App Store or Google Play.
