LANE CLOSURE: EASTBOUND VETERANS BOULEVARD
Two lanes of eastbound Veterans Boulevard between Causeway Boulevard and Ridgelake Drive will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting on Sunday, March 24, 2024. Motorists will detour to the open lane.
LANE CLOSURES: HOLMES BOULEVARD
There will be intermittent partial lane closures of Holmes Boulevard at Amapola Circle daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting on Monday, March 25, 2024.

Starting Monday, March 18, 2024 at 7 a.m., one lane of eastbound Mounes Street at Edwards Avenue will be closed.
METAIRIE ROAD ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE RESCHEDULED TO ROLL ON SUNDAY, APRIL 7, 2024 AT NOON DUE TO ANTICIPATED INCLEMENT WEATHER FORECASTED FOR THIS SUNDAY, MARCH 17, 2024
The Metairie Road St. Patrick’s Day Parade will now roll on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at noon due to the anticipated inclement weather forecast for this Sunday, March 17, 2024 which was when the parade was originally scheduled to roll.
JEFFERSON PARISH TO HOST FIRST PUBLIC OUTREACH MEETING FOR THE MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE
The Jefferson Parish Department of Floodplain Management & Hazard Mitigation will be hosting its first public outreach meeting to provide an update on the Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Edith S. Lawson Library in the City of Westwego (635 4th St, Westwego, LA 70094).
JEFFERSON PARISH TO HOST COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR IN MARRERO ON TUESDAY, MARCH 12, 2024
Jefferson Parish, in partnership with the Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority and the Louisiana Department of Health, will host a Community Health Fair tomorrow (Tuesday, March 12, 2024) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jefferson Parish Public Health Unit (1855 Ames Blvd., Marrero, LA 70072).
LANE CLOSURES: WEST ESPLANADE AVENUE
The westbound left lane and the westbound-to-eastbound U-turn of West Esplanade Avenue between Metairie Court and Ridgeway Drive will be closed continuously starting at 9 a.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, March 12, 2024).
LANE CLOSURES: STUMPF BOULEVARD
There will be alternating lane closures of eastbound and westbound Stumpf Boulevard between Terry Parkway and Holmes Boulevard starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, March 11, 2024.
LANE CLOSURES: STUMPF BOULEVARD AND WHITNEY AVENUE
There will be single lane closures rotating around the intersection of Stumpf Boulevard and Whitney Avenue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily starting Monday, March 11, 2024.
