Surplus Property Division:
The functions of the Surplus Property Division are to provide storage of surplus equipment for all Jefferson Parish departments and to conduct auctions for the disposal of all items not recycled into use by other departments.

Online Surplus Auction:
Starting Wednesday, May 1, 2024, Jefferson Parish, in conjunction with GovDeals, will be hosting a Jefferson Parish online surplus property auction until Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The auction will consist of the following:
- Trucks
- Cars
- Forklifts
- Zero-Turn Mowers
- Pumps
- Vans
